BIRCH PLYWOOD
MYPLY Birch Plywood is produced under internationally recognized manufacturing standards. The panels are constructed with a Vietnam hardwood core (acacia, eucalyptus, styrax, rubberwood, etc.) and finished with high-quality birch face veneers, making them ideal for interior applications.
Birch plywood is widely used in the North American market, particularly for kitchen cabinets and a variety of interior furniture and decorative purposes.
MYPLY offers a flexible range of birch face veneer options, from natural raw surfaces to pre-finished panels with UV coating, allowing customers to choose the most suitable solution for their design and production needs.
C grade
C grade (equivalent to B grade, according to BS EN 635-2 classification) is the highest standard with no surface defects
D grade
D grade (equivalent to BB grade, according to BS EN 635-2 classification) with some small light/dark colour variation knots
E grade
E grade (equivalent to CP grade, according to BS EN 635-2 classification) with some variable dark knots colour and some open holes, treated by filling with putty
UV painting finish
After finishing with raw Birch veneer surface, the board will be covered with a layer of glossy UV paint and ready for production
